The journey so far…

Midnight Riot is a London based record label founded by Yam Who – Mixmag’s Disco Editor. The magazine also voted them one of the most influential disco labels of the past decade (2019).

Since their inception back in 2012, Midnight Riot have gone from strength to strength with their feel-good disco releases.

At the heart of Midnight Riot is a diversity of sounds from a global line-up of producers and DJs such as Dr Packer, Michael Gray, Joey Negro, Art Of Tones, Soul Clap and many more. Combined with chart topping compilation series, Midnight Riot manage to catch the zeitgeist of a scene that remains hugely popular, moving between starlight nu-boogie, classic house and disco bubblers.

So far, Midnight Riot have graced the decks along huge names such as Purple Disco Machine, Todd Terry, Jazzie B, & Crazy P and also have been honing their sound on some of the hottest dance floors on the planet including Defected & Glitterbox, Brixton Disco Festival, Ministry Of Sound, Horse Meat Disco, Garden Festival, Glastonbury, V Festival and the legendary Pikes in Ibiza.

With their 10-year anniversary looming, the label and its team are incredibly excited to rebound out of the Covid era and the pent-up demand to get people back dancing to the feel-good sounds once again.
